Our goal is to extend this technology on a global scale. To do this, we need a Product Engineer who can support our team in crafting a beautiful product serving the business needs of our millions of users.

What You'll DoOwn the lifecycle of features, from ideation alongside Product Designers and implementation to deployment and iteration

Develop beautiful, scalable UIs and backend systems that power our collaborative platform, leveraging modern technologies like React, Elixir, and Postgre

SQLWork closely with users and customers to validate ideas, solve urgent problems, and deliver impactful solutions

Work closely with founders and design to implement fast new feature concepts

Take responsibility for shipping features live in front of customers, demonstrating confidence and accountability for your work

What We're Looking For3+ years of full-stack development experience

Knowledge of Elixir or similar backend languages

Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React and database technologies such as Postgre

SQLStrong product mindset, with the ability to prioritize user experience and business needs

Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

A proactive and autonomous approach to tackling challenges

Passion for delivering polished, user-centric solutions

An experimentation mindset, balancing rapid iteration with robust design

Drive to collaborate, mentor teammates, and continuously learn

Experience with real-time systems (Web Sockets, collaborative features)
Familiarity with AI or machine learning-powered applications

This position follows a hybrid work model, combining days working from home with days spent in the office. Our Milan office is located at SPACES, Piazza Gae Aulenti 1 / Torre B, where we regularly meet to collaborate and work together in person.
