• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

• Experience navigating large codebases and debugging others' code
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback‑seeking from peers and managers
• Ability to translate simple problems into comprehensive software solutions
