Accountabilities

• Actively collaborate with sales and delivery to develop client proposals, create roadmaps, and explain technical concepts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, engaging with clients at the sponsor level.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, focusing on complex technical concepts and design implications.
• Conduct large-scale requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions.
• Decompose large-scale requirements into tasks and estimate the effort needed for completion.
• Demonstrate effective project leadership across various project types, including large-scale projects with global teams.
• Identify problems independently and take proactive ownership of solutions.
• Collaborate with the team and leadership on potential solutions and participate in client communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and adaptable to client environments.
• 5+ years leading consulting projects for large clients with expertise in Azure Compute, Data Stores, Messaging, API Design, Integration, AI, and more.
• Experience with design patterns and technologies like .NET Core/C#, Angular/React/Blazor, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ Microsoft Azure development and Dev Ops certifications are highly recommended.
• Proven ability to architect complex solutions using diverse technologies.
• A repeatable track record of successful large-scale project delivery.
• Desire to constantly learn and adapt to evolving technology.
