As a Lead Senior React Native Developer at Emergn, you’ll help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, architecture and delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Maintain code integrity and organization that delivers real business value.

• Experience with React,PHP / Laravel / SQL, Docker, AWS
• OOP and functional programming experience.
• Unit testing experience and knowledge of best practices.
• Good understanding of programming best practices, clean code and design patterns.
• English level enough to collaborate with teammates (verbal and written).

Location requirement:

• Although this position offers the possibility to work remotely, you must be based in Poland.
