We’re looking to hire a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation – integrate directly into a client’s team and work alongside their designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build – contribute to Full Stack product teams to build and deliver products to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware Engineer or Embedded Systems Engineer.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Hands‑on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++.
• Proven experience working with ESP
  32 platforms, preferably ESP
  32‑C6.
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architecture, memory management, interrupts, peripherals, and real‑time constraints.
• Hands‑on experience with audio processing, audio streaming, or real‑time signal handling on embedded devices.
• Experience optimizing firmware for low‑power consumption, performance, and reliability in constrained environments.
• Experience taking systems from prototype through production, including manufacturing bring‑up and field support.
• Comfort working closely with hardware teams through multiple board revisions and manufacturing timelines.
• Proficiency debugging hardware‑software interactions using logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG or SWD debuggers.
• Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, and testability.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines for firmware applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over work and meet daily performance expectations.
• Consistent ability to work 40 hours per week.
