We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross‑functional product engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who is equally passionate about team leadership. You.type.manage a group of approximately eight engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA disciplines. Working closely with the Tech Leads, you’ll ensure that the team’s solutions are technically sound and aligned with our broader engineering direction, avoiding isolated decisions that conflict with long‑term architectural goals.

You’ll also collaborate with QA to maintain high standards of quality in everything the team ships.

• Lead and support a high‑performing, cross‑functional engineering team of around eight engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA
• Split your time between hands‑on contribution (~40%) and people/process management (~60%).
• Partner with Tech Leads to ensure technical solutions align with our long‑term engineering vision, avoiding isolated decisions that conflict with strategic architectural goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to ensure priorities are clear and the team consistently delivers high‑quality, tested, and maintainable solutions.
• Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor engineers to support their professional growth and help resolve performance or interpersonal issues constructively and effectively.
• Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, then work with the team to design and implement practical, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of our engineering practices as we scale, including hiring, onboarding, and cross‑team coordination.

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to meaningfully contribute to codebases and guide architectural decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to align team‑level execution with broader engineering strategy.
• Excellent people leadership skills: able to coach, give feedback, manage performance, and build trust.
• Effective communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with evolving priorities and able to bring clarity and structure to ambiguity.
• Passionate about building cohesive, motivated teams that deliver consistently.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe team environment.

• Familiarity with our tech stack:
  React, React Native, Vite, Git Hub Actions, Cloudflare, Redux, Type Script, AWS Lambda functions
• Familiarity with the Atlassian کافی (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
• Experience working in cross‑functional product development teams
• Background in contributing to or managing platform‑level or infrastructure initiatives
