Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Go (backend) and React.js (frontend) to join our North America engineering team. You will be working at the edge of AI and law, collaborating with product managers and AI engineers to deliver production-level features.
You will play a critical role in shaping new AI-powered legal agents, rapidly iterating on prototypes, and ensuring that our global platform remains stable, scalable, and delightful for customers. You’ll help us scale responsibly by maintaining and improving code written by international teams, ensuring adherence to our global development standards. You’ll also play a critical role in working closely with product managers and even customers - including investigating urgent issues, fixing them quickly.

• Design, build, and scale full-stack features using Go and React.js
  .
• Collaborate with product managers to quickly prototype and deliver agentic AI features into production.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases from international teams, enforcing our global coding standards and review practices.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring robust and reliable performance for customers.
• Provide urgent technical support when needed, including root-cause analysis and fast fixes for critical issues.
• Contribute to building AI workflows that integrate with LLMs, legal data graphs, and real-world legal use cases.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that is easy for a global team to maintain.
• Take part in design discussions, technical strategy, and code reviews to push innovation forward.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field (3+ years experience), or 5+ years professional development experience.
• Strong backend expertise with Go (Golang).
• Solid frontend development skills with React.js and modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ownership mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
• Flexibility of collaborating with engineers in Tokyo time zone.

• Experience working in global or distributed engineering teams

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
  , and microservices architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• A strong interest in AI agent applications and building innovative user-facing products.
