This posting reflects an existing vacancy within the company. As an entry-level Associate with ACF Associates, you will:

• Be involved in web application development initiatives to support ACF customers under the guidance of a Managing Associate.
• Liaise with our customers to better understand their needs.
• Work with other Associates to develop high-quality solutions for our customers.

This remote position requires a client-focused perspective, a desire to learn complex concepts related to Performance Management, strong algorithm and data processing/analysis capabilities, as well as IT skills to support the development of customized web-based performance management applications.

• Foundational understanding of business principles such as problem analysis skills, business modeling, process re‑engineering, requirements management, configuration management, systems analysis, and change management.
• Experience in several/all of the following:
• Pandas or equivalent data analysis tools in Python.
• Web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• React or similar framework.
• Application deployment with AWS or Azure Services.
• Containerizing applications using Docker.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven track record of excelling in collaborative settings while offering clear, confident team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to self-regulate and manage work to meet deadlines.
• Eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level.

The incumbent must have an undergraduate degree, preferably in the fields of engineering or data analytics, from a recognized post-secondary institution.

$65,000 – $75,000
