A leading Technology Consultancy is looking for a Front-End Developer on a contract basis to help deliver a large backlog of dynamic, responsive, & accessible web pages using Next.js. & React. This is a high-delivery phase project, so we need someone who can hit the ground running & be hands-on from day one.
The role requires expert front-end skills & a strong eye for UI/UX detail. While front-end is the focus, wider full-stack experience, including Azure Integration Services & C# backend development, is a definite advantage. You will have experience delivering similar projects for Government Department Services.
This is an Outside IR35 contract, with range of £500 - £525 p/d. This is remote, with ad-hoc travel to office. Active SC or SC eligibility is required.
Responsibilities- Deliver a large backlog of dynamic, responsive, & accessible web pages using Next.js & React
- Collaborate with the team to implement high-quality UI/UX designs & ensure consistency across applications.
- Contribute to end-to-end development, integrating front-end components with Azure services & C# backend systems where required.
- Support the high-delivery phase by quickly understanding the codebase & making immediate contributions.
- Produce documentation, perform testing, & assist in troubleshooting to ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
- Proven expertise in front-end development, particularly with React & Next.js
- Experience working in Azure environments, including integration services & cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with C# & backend development to support full-stack delivery.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles & ability to build accessible, responsive interfaces.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-delivery environment, managing priorities & contributing from day one.
