Boosted.ai is seeking a Senior UI Developer to design and build high-quality, performant, and user-friendly interfaces for our platform. You will play a key role in translating complex workflows into elegant solutions, ensuring our clients experience a seamless and intuitive product. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers while also setting best practices and raising the standard of frontend development across the team.

• Develop:
  Build and maintain scalable, performant, and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate:
  Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive workflows and features.
• Establish:
  Define and uphold best practices for UI architecture, code quality, and testing.
• Integrate:
  Partner with backend engineers to define APIs and ensure seamless integration across the stack.
• Mentor:
  Guide team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.
• Innovate:
  Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep the UI stack modern and efficient.

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-ready user interfaces.
• Expertise in JavaScript/Type Script and proficiency with modern frameworks (React preferred, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).
• Experience with Graph
  
  QL and modern data-fetching/query management libraries (e.g., React Query, Apollo Client).
• Familiarity with state management libraries and modern build tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into simple, effective user experiences.
• Proven collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• Experience mentoring teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, or technical leadership.
• A user-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
