• Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code using AI-assisted tools
• Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using AI-powered tools
• Design and implement AI-native Observability products and features
• Mentor peers and junior engineers through code reviews and technical discussions

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered user experiences
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and ability to apply them to AI agents
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST, and related frameworks
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud-native deployments

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Hands-on expertise with AI orchestration frameworks and workflows for multi-agent systems
• Development experience on the Service Now Platform
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills in enterprise environments
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
