New American Funding is seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our mobile team. As a senior‑level role, this candidate will be a technical leader and a key influencer of the team. They will work efficiently with little to no guidance and be able to make decisions and provide innovative solutions to ambiguous problems. They should have a strong ability to see the big picture and produce long‑term solutions, while also mentoring junior‑level team members and helping them grow.

Working closely with other members of the team, including product manager, owners, and quality assurance, they will design, develop, and implement high‑quality software solutions that meet our customer’s needs.

• Design and develop software applications that meet the product’s needs, using Angular2+, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, to enhance our platform micro‑service architecture and build a back‑end for front‑end API to support the mobile application.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain software documentation, including design diagrams and specifications, and technical documentation.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, identifying and resolving software defects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in code reviews, and Scrum ceremonies, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and train junior software engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on developing high‑quality, scalable software applications.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Core and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with Azure Cloud or other cloud providers.
• Experience with Cosmos DB or other related No

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

If based in New American Funding’s offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
