• Manage and lead a high‑performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth

• 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with a proven track record in web‑based solutions
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar), Type Script, Node.js, and Python
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
• Comfortable with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts like prompt engineering and fine‑tuning
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven success in recruiting and managing performance, fostering a positive team culture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
