Job DescriptionTakeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a DDT Engineer – Strategy & Business Excellence for the following role.

PositionDDT Engineer Strategy & Business Excellence
DescriptionResponsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) system and build scalable full‑stack solutions integrating seamless data processing for over 2,000 users using .NET, Angular, and SQL.
- Implement REST‑based backend services and optimize data pipelines.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle – requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Oversee and maintain an Agile Operating System used in manufacturing sites, ensuring security, performance, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Own, manage and enrich Reporting DataPoint & Power BI dashboards, ensuring data integrity and automated reporting for business insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – business stakeholders, data analysts, UI/UX designers – to deliver user‑friendly experiences.
- Enhance cloud‑based solutions, support migration efforts, and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability, minimizing downtime, and improving application performance through continuous monitoring and proactive optimizations.
Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field and at least 2 years of related experience, plus:
- Experience developing full‑stack applications with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend technologies like Node.js or .NET.
- Database design and management skills – designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases (SQL Server, Postgre
SQL). - Active participation in all SDLC phases, including coding, testing, code reviews, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles to wireframe and optimize interfaces.
Full‑time. $137,000–$234,800 per year.
