As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind AI‑powered product development, crafting user‑centric solutions that redefine travel experiences.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to concept, design, and implement new features.
• Write efficient, clean, and reusable code that is maintainable and scalable.
• Design AI‑powered product features such as itinerary generation, smart recommendations, chat‑based trip planning, and community matching.
• Own prompt design and iteration: create, test, version, and continuously improve prompts for high‑quality outputs.
• Implement LLM application patterns (RAG, tool/function calling, agentic workflows, structured output generation).
• Build evaluation and quality systems: automated prompt test suites, offline evaluation sets, human‑in‑the‑loop review flows, output scoring.
• Optimize for latency, cost, and reliability: caching, streaming, fallbacks, rate‑limit handling, monitoring.
• Partner with product/design to craft AI UX (confidence indicators, citations, editable outputs, regenerate flows).
• Ensure privacy, safety, and compliance in AI features (PII handling, data retention, content filtering, abuse prevention).

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack engineering or similar.
• Expertise in a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, accessibility principles.
• Experience with databases and data modelling.
• Hands‑on experience building AI/LLM‑powered products in production, including prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of prompting techniques, embeddings, vector search, RAG.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs and building guardrails.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation and monitoring (quality metrics, regression testing, A/B tests).
• Familiar with software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with fine‑tuning/adapters or supervised preference tuning.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks or building without them.
• Familiarity with model risk & safety practices.
• Experience with recommendation systems or matching algorithms.
