The Technology team is central to this mission. We build systems, products, and infrastructure that power dozens of digital businesses serving millions of users worldwide. As part of our fast‑track program for future engineering leads, you’ll join a world‑class group of problem‑solvers working to create technology of extraordinary quality and scale.

This position is open to individuals with an outstanding track record of excellence and growth—whether or not they’ve previously held an engineering‑lead role. Excellent references from reputable professionals will be essential. After an intensive training period of six to twelve months, if your performance warrants it, you may take on a technical leadership role—either as the sole leader or co‑leader—of a business unit generating revenue in the tens of millions of dollars at a minimum, with the potential to increase responsibility to the hundreds of millions over time.

You’ll report directly to our CTO.

Lead an outstanding team.  Lead a high‑performing team of some of the most talented professionals you’ll ever encounter, making tough decisions to uphold excellence when necessary.

Master your toolkit.  Refine your ability to choose the right tools across diverse tech stacks—from monolithic to microservices, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—understanding each tool’s purpose to unleash its potential.

Simplify relentlessly.  Turn complexity into simplicity: optimize CI/CD pipelines, write maintainable code, craft minimalist architectures, and power scalable, future‑proof solutions.
