Upon agreement, we are looking for a

Senior Co-Tech Lead & React Frontend Developer (40%-100% basis)

This role is a match for a person that would like to contribute to Local Bini’s IT transformation. The main task is to develop and maintain the front-end part of an application built as Microservices on AWS. Your daily work will include topics like: front-end feature development in React.js technology, writing tests (unit, e2e) and being responsible for smooth transmission during app transformation.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You will be working together with our existing developers that are currently located in Switzerland, Poland and Latin America.

Our front-end technology stack:
React.js (in version 17, fully based on React hooks), React Router, Redux Toolkit, Styled Components, Type Script, CI/CD (Git Lab pipelines), git hooks, Jest, React Testing Library, ESlint, Prettier.

• Work with the existing development team (remotely based) and the St. Gallen business team to ideate the software solution.
• Exchange ideas with UI/UX designer.
• Build logic and UI for front-end app in React.js technology.
• Write unit and e2e tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.js).
• Taking care of adjustments of app to mobile devices (RWD).
• Write technical documentation.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve Local Bini UX.
• Integrations with external systems, like Google Analytics.

• At least six (6) years of commercial experience with React.js and all its ecosystem.
• Hands on skills with our technology stack (React.js/Styled Components/REST API/AWS).
• Solid Knowledge of Redux (with Redux Toolkit) and Type Script.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, attention to details during development.
• Know-how about proper platform testing, especially end to end tests using Cypress.js.

• Experience with Flutter.
• Experience with Figma.

• Part-time basis (min 40%, full-time possible) remote OR in St. Gallen
• Be part of the team that is developing the Local Bini 2.0 platform.
• Possibility to have an impact on the entire Local Bini organization.
• Currently and for approx 12 months, 100% payment in company stocks.
