Software Engineer III

Our client is looking for a seasoned engineer to architect scalable systems, mentor talented developers, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI‑powered products — all from wherever you do your best work.

• Architect & Design: Lead the creation of scalable, multi‑tenant cloud architectures that power our next‑generation products.

• Build & Deliver: Develop high‑performance backend services and APIs with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or C#. Collaborate with product and design teams to bring intuitive UIs to life with React and Type Script . (Full‑stack skills are a strong plus, but not required.)

• Solve Core Challenges: Tackle complex engineering puzzles in data access, distributed systems, observability, and performance.

• Drive AI Integration: Shape and implement AI/LLM‑powered features that transform how our customers interact with technology.

• Mentor & Lead: Guide other engineers, share best practices, and uphold a culture of technical excellence.

• Own the Lifecycle: Take features from concept to production with thoughtful design, testing, instrumentation, and long‑term supportability.

• Experiment & Innovate: Explore new tools and technologies, prototype solutions, and share insights with the team.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong object‑oriented programming skills (Java, Kotlin, C#, TypeScript, or similar).

• Experience building scalable REST APIs and cloud‑native microservices.

• Solid database expertise — relational (SQL Server, Postgres) and No

  DB, Elasticsearch).

• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ) and event‑driven architectures.

• Hands‑on with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.

• Front‑end development with React/Type Script .
