Software Engineer - Remote

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Golang
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React with Typescript that meet accessibility standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Identify and correct application performance bottlenecks and fix bugs

• At least three years of professional experience working as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in Typescript and Golang, as well as common libraries for each
• Experience working with ORMs, web frameworks, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience working in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling, such as Data Dog
