We are currently looking for an AI Engineer in Texas (USA).
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI and software engineering to build, deploy, and scale advanced AI systems that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven impact, translating complex models into practical, production‑ready solutions. This role requires collaboration across teams to design data pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling while maintaining high availability, security, and performance.
You will also help define best practices and guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring solutions are reliable, compliant, and measurable. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel for team or company‑wide meetings. The environment is fast‑paced, innovative, and highly collaborative, offering opportunities to shape the future of AI within the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and automation systems that drive measurable business impact.
- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure, including front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Develop data pipelines, AI model context protocols, and integration workflows using tools like Lang Chain and semantic search.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of AI services.
- Author SDKs, documentation, and best practices to extend platform capabilities.
- Translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or data science, with at least 2 years working with large language models (LLMs).
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python and data libraries such as Num Py, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Solid engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, and production-ready coding practices.
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, data wrangling, and pipeline development.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and frameworks (Cortex, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Lang Chain, vector databases).
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, Gumloop) and agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Pydantic
AI, n8n). - Experience building applications with AWS infrastructure; AWS Bedrock and Sage Maker a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred but not required: database modeling (Postgres, Redis), full-stack development (React, Type Script, Next.js, FastAPI, Node.js).
- Must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work, able to work core U.S. business hours, and available for occasional travel or after-hours support.
