We seek a Senior PHP Developer passionate about clean, scalable code and technical leadership. You will architect robust solutions, mentor junior developers, and champion engineering excellence across our teams.

• Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and elegant software solutions that raise engineering standards.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver world-class features.
• Excellence: Lead code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and champion clean, maintainable code.
• Innovation: Stay curious, experiment with new tools, and introduce fresh ideas to maintain our competitive edge.
• Ownership: Take full accountability for projects from concept through deployment, ensuring long-term success.
• Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback, evolve development practices, and contribute to a growth-oriented culture.

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in PHP
  , Java Script , and MySQL
  .
• Proficiency with Symfony (or similar PHP frameworks).
• Skilled in Doctrine (or similar ORM) and PHPUnit testing.
• Passion for quality, scalable solutions, and object-oriented development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like JQuery or Angular
  
  JS.
• Experience with Cypress or other End-to-End (E2E) testing tools.
• Experience working in AWS-hosted environments (Cloud-Savvy).

Salary Range: $75,000.00 – $ CAD per year. Final compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
