Lead Product Engineer (Next.js + Generative AI)

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling production‑grade web applications in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Advanced English required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required; degrees in Computer Science, HCI, or related fields preferred.
• Strong experience across front‑end and back‑end development (depth in one area, capability in both).
• Advanced knowledge of React and Next.js.
• Solid backend experience with Python.
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI‑driven features.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product design details.
• Proven ability to collaborate and provide technical leadership.
• Experience building chatbot interfaces or AI‑native products is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Strong opinions and experience with testing strategies, A/B testing, and safe deployments.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience building continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over work and maintain high expectations.
