WhatWe’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling production‑grade web applications in a senior or lead engineering role.
- Advanced English required.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required; degrees in Computer Science, HCI, or related fields preferred.
- Strong experience across front‑end and back‑end development (depth in one area, capability in both).
- Advanced knowledge of React and Next.js.
- Solid backend experience with Python.
- Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI‑driven features.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product design details.
- Proven ability to collaborate and provide technical leadership.
- Experience building chatbot interfaces or AI‑native products is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
- Strong opinions and experience with testing strategies, A/B testing, and safe deployments.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Experience building continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over work and maintain high expectations.
