- Coordinate troubleshooting of code defects, data errors, and configuration issues
- Implement departmental best practices and adhere to established standards
- Foster a positive developer experience while delivering high‑quality, maintainable code
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Strong experience in supporting business‑critical and complex applications
- Proficiency in enterprise technologies including Java, JMS, JDBC, and web development
- Understanding of fraud prevention, risk‑based authentication, and secure digital journeys
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions
- 8+ years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Experience in banking or regulated financial services
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Okta CIAM
