Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Salesforce - Omniscript Developer for a remote position on our Federal programs in Arlington, VA.

• Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Implement and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and service automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and web services.
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) to create engaging customer and partner communities.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and improve application performance.
• Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and create efficient workflows.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering

• Federal Client requires US Citizenship
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
• Expertise with Omni Studio – specific experience creating OmniScripts.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is preferred.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required – Platform Developer II certification preferred.

• Salesforce: 1 year
• LWC: 1 year

The likely salary range for this position is $72,536.50 - $150,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Multiple factors are considered for final pay: relevant work experience, skills, certifications, education, and contract provisions.
