We are looking for a Front End Engineer to own and elevate the frontend experience of our AI-powered web applications. This role is central to shaping how users interact with AI-driven workflows, transforming complex intelligence into intuitive, elegant, and human-centered interfaces.
This is an opportunity for engineers who enjoy ownership, fast iteration, and building AI-native user experiences.
What You'll Do- Own the end-to-end development of highly interactive, performant, and elegant frontend experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to turn ambiguous ideas into intuitive interfaces
- Balance speed, functionality, and visual polish to deliver value quickly
- Define and maintain scalable, clean, and maintainable frontend architecture
- Integrate AI capabilities into seamless, human-centered interactions
- Implement analytics and feedback loops to guide rapid iteration
- Optimize performance and quality through CI/CD and frontend testing
- Evolve and maintain the design system and component library
- Strong expertise in React, Type Script, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design
- Ability to architect modular and scalable frontend systems
- Interest in AI-native products and LLM-powered interfaces
- Proven ability to ship fast with a data-driven mindset
- Strong design sensibility and collaboration with design teams
- Experience in startup or fast-paced product environments
- Build AI-powered products transforming B2B sales
- Own critical frontend experiences with real impact
- High ownership, fast execution, and strong product influence
