Full-Time .Net MAUI Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android) — Remote (Europe / Asia)

We’re hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer to build a new, design‑led mobile application for iOS and Android.

The app is fully designed in Figma and supported by clear user flows, screen definitions, and admin processes. Your role will be to take these designs and specifications and deliver a production‑ready mobile app, from development through to App Store and Play Store release.

This is a hands‑on role with genuine ownership and responsibility.

• A cross‑platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
• User onboarding, application flows, and status tracking
• Admin‑driven workflows and internal review tools
• Secure authentication and backend / API integrations
• App Store and Google Play deployment

• .NET MAUI strongly preferred
• Proven experience implementing apps directly from Figma
• Experience with REST APIs, auth flows, and state management

We’re comfortable with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. Base
44, Copilot, etc.) where they improve delivery speed and quality.

• Track record of building and shipping mobile apps
• Comfortable working from Figma, specs, and process diagrams
• Product‑minded and detail‑oriented
• Clean, maintainable code and sensible architecture choices
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration

• Lead or end‑to‑end ownership of a mobile app
• Experience with CI/CD and store submission
• Prior experience working remotely across time zones
• Clear designs and requirements — minimal ambiguity
• Remote‑first team (Europe / South Asia)
• Pragmatic, modern approach to tooling and AI
