Our development teams are split into three pillars: the planning tool, investment tooling, and back‑office tooling. Each pillar contains two product squads.

• Own delivery of features; ensure code quality and best practices are met.
• Mentor and pair with junior and mid‑level engineers.
• Collaborate closely with tech leads, design, backend engineers and product managers.
• Contribute to technical architecture and strategy as the team scales.
• Possibility to evolve into a Tech Lead role.

• Write, test, and deploy great software.
• Work with Scrum/Agile teams.
• Design and build features using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Break large features into smaller technical tasks.
• Conduct code reviews and pair with junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.

• React with Type Script and MUI as the design system.
• Go for backend API endpoints.
• RESTful services.

• Senior experience as a software engineer in a commercial environment.
• Strong Type Script and React skills.
• Extensive experience in an Agile/Scrum team.
• Experience with RESTful services.
• Nice to have:
  Node.js, Storybook, MUI libraries.

• Hybrid working: 2 days at home per week (Monday and Friday).
• 18 days a year working from anywhere (for non‑regulated roles).
• Base salary £75,000–£85,000 DOE + bonus + benefits.
