Responsibilities

Provide L2 production support for the Salesforce platform.
Integrate with SOAP/REST or Mulesoft APIs.
Develop and maintain customizations using Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components.

Requirements

Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce programming skills.
Strong JavaScript skills and expert understanding of the Aura framework, Lightning Web Components.
Experience with integration both inbound and outbound configurations.
Experience with XML & JSON Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on‑premises middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Experience with Sales, Service, or Marketing cloud.
Admin, PD1 certification required; additional Sales/Service/Marketing cloud certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience in handling L2 production support for the Salesforce platform, integration with SOAP/REST or Mulesoft API, and programming/scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript.
