Our client is building a modern pricing data application to transition users from manual Excel-based discounting decisions to a dynamic, system-driven approach. This initiative aims to eliminate reliance on spreadsheets and streamline pricing decision-making.
We are seeking an Application Technical Lead / Developer to take ownership of evaluating the current application logic and creating a roadmap for optimization. This role will involve deep analysis of existing code, documentation of application logic, and recommendations for improvements aligned with development best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document the current application logic to provide clarity on functionality and dependencies.
- Develop a roadmap to optimize the application for scalability, flexibility, and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners to implement enhancements.
- Ensure the application can accommodate anticipated changes to pricing contract structures.
- Experience working with AWS, Python, and Java script.
- Strong experience in application development and architecture, with proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to reverse-engineer existing codebases and document complex logic.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
