We are seeking a career-focused, sharp, up-and-coming software support and implementation specialists to join an exciting company and team. Ideal candidate will have a at least 2-3 years in a software support role, training or implementation role. This role is internal, it does not require travel to clients, all support is done in-house communicating with clients via phone and email.

Your job will be to learn the ins and outs of their complex software system to enable customers to become experts in coming up with their own solutions to maximize the use of their software.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience supporting software solutions with complex workflows such as ERP, Supply Chain management or any other type of software that is complex in nature (a simple application will not do). We need intelligent, customer-focused, out-of-the-box thinkers that can coach customers to come up with creative solutions to their problems using state-of-the-art software.

Please note that this role requires you to come into the office 2 days a week. The company is located in South Florida. They will assist with relocation if needed.
