- You will join our core engineering team, responsible for backend development of AI Agent products.
- You will help build our open-source community and ecosystem around the models and products.
- You will work with top researchers, optimizing model evaluation frameworks from the engineering side, building data flywheels, and improving model performance.
- 3+ years of work experience, good English reading / writing skills
- Solid foundation in CS, networking, and databases
- Familiar with Python backend & SDK development; frontend experience is a plus
- Highly self-driven, with ownership mindset—aiming not just to complete tasks, but to do them well
- Sensitive to product and customer (developer) needs
- Support remote work
