We require deep iOS/Swift expertise combined with a willingness to operate outside the traditional mobile development scope. This role goes beyond standard app maintenance. You will utilize cutting‑edge AI‑driven development techniques across a diverse family of brands, contributing significantly to our iOS experiences while seamlessly integrating into backend and web codebases to deliver complete, end‑to‑end features.

• You Build AI Products, Not Just with AI: You are passionate about creating new customer experiences enabled by AI, including personalization, automation, and intelligence embedded directly into product workflows.

• iOS Specialist with a Full Stack Mindset: You possess a deep command of Swift but view all technology as "just code." You use AI to rapidly gain proficiency in languages like Python, Type Script, or PHP, enabling you to own features from the mobile UI through to the database.

• Navigate Complex Systems: Employ AI‑augmented discovery techniques to quickly understand various codebases (from native Swift apps to custom React/Node APIs), identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary fixes.
• Architect for Scale: Design and maintain high‑traffic systems that support over six brands and a massive national footprint.
• Shape the Culture: Act as a pioneer for AI‑first development, mentoring the team on effective tool usage to raise the engineering standard for both mobile and web disciplines.
