Synchtank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the platform’s full feature set, spanning backend services and modern user interfaces. This role demands strong PHP backend skills, specifically Symfony, combined with proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like Vue. You will play a key role in both architectural design and execution, particularly focusing on a major legacy transformation project involving Microsoft technologies.

• Develop and maintain full-stack features within a Symfony and Vue.js environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences (UX).
• Build and extend integrations with various third-party platforms and APIs.
• Lead modernization projects and refactor legacy components.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as required.
• Document development processes, system architecture, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 4+ years of specific experience with Symfony (PHP) and Vue.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Type Script.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, MySQL, Postgres
  
  SQL, and Git.
• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and query development using MySQL and Postgres
  
  SQL.
• Mandatory Experience in Microsoft Technologies: Previous experience with legacy Microsoft technologies such as , C#, and SQL Server (including Stored Procedures) is required, as this position involves a major uplift from a Microsoft-based system to modern web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (English) and proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Background in music or media technology is considered a plus.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience utilizing Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
