    For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
    • 10+ years of experience in Java backend development
    • Proven track record leading complex projects and collaborating on system design
    • Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices
    • Strong skills in Java (latest versions preferred), Spring Boot
    • Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, Graph

      QL Federation, Terraform
    • Proficient with Git Hub and modern CI/CD workflows
    • Fluency in English (B2)
    • Availability for remote work based in Portuga l
