🤝 We have partnered with a US-based Product Company looking to expand their Backend Team. They develop management products that help numerous companies worldwide enhance their efficiency and streamline their operations.

They are currently seeking a candidate based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, or Ecuador.

Our Proposal

You will actively participate in the enhancement and evolution of their Kotlin and Java backend applications and systems. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team where Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance work harmoniously to shape the entire product suite within an agile framework. Your role extends beyond code maintenance; it involves innovating new features, enhancing codebase quality, and exploring emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Java and Kotlin Software Development: contribute to the development of large-scale software applications. Ensure that quality remains a core aspect of your work and assist your fellow engineers in upholding our quality-first standards.
• Committing Code and Shipping Products: you'll be responsible for committing code and implementing design patterns while tackling enterprise-level software challenges in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Java software development.
• Experience with Kotlin is a plus.
• Advanced English level for daily communication with natives.
• Greenfield experience.
• 4+ years of experience with highly scalable software systems.
