• Strong experience with React Native building production mobile apps
• Experience shipping and maintaining iOS and Android applications
• Proficiency with React and modern state management (MobX preferred)
• Experience consuming and wiring up RESTful APIs
• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments
• Strong communication skills and a product-minded approach

• Building and scaling mobile features used daily by operational teams
• Implementing new components and integrating backend API endpoints
• Collaborating closely with product, backend engineering, and QA
• Improving performance, reliability, and user experience across platforms
• Contributing to architecture and technical decision-making
