Smart Tech Link Solutions Inc. seeks a UI Lead Developer based in Erlanger, KY, USA, with 10% travel for remote work. Candidates should have experience in warehouse automation, supply chain, or logistics.

• Drive the design and development of scalable web interfaces.
• Use C#/.NET Core and T SQL queries to integrate with backend services.
• Lead the UI design, architecture, and development of robust, responsive web applications.
• Develop high‑quality user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend components with C#/.NET Core APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable code following UI/UX best practices.
• Create and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
• Review code and mentor frontend developers, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Work with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write and optimize T SQL queries for database‑driven features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI‑related issues across environments.

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development and a UI Lead/Tech Lead role.
• Hands‑on experience with React, JavaScript/Type Script, Redux (or similar state management), and frontend tooling.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with unit‑testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core RESTful services for effective integration.
• Proficiency in writing T SQL queries; understanding relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile practices.
• Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or supply‑chain concepts.
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with micro‑frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
