Location: Town of Poland
We are looking for an experienced GTM Engineer (m/f/d) to support our team at our Clay-Agency. The role can be fully remote.
Are you obsessed with Clay? Do you dream about waterfalls and claygents?
At Scalantec, we partner with ambitious companies to build powerful, data-driven go-to-market (GTM) engines, and Clay is our weapon of choice. We are looking for a true Clay artisan to join our team.
This isn't a typical engineering role.
Your one and only job is to build amazing Clay tables. You won't be bogged down by endless meetings or administrative tasks. You will be a master builder, the architect of the elegant and powerful Clay tables that drive our clients' success. You'll work with in our project teams as a dedicated expert, turning complex GTM challenges into streamlined, automated realities.
- Design & Build: Architect and construct sophisticated, scalable Clay tables from the ground up for diverse client projects.
- Solve & Strategize: Collaborate with our teams to understand core business problems and translate them into creative, efficient Clay solutions. You don't just take orders; you find a better way.
- Own & Innovate: Act as our ultimate Clay authority. You’ll have the autonomy to leverage your full creative and technical skill set to deliver results.
The role is for you if:
- You are a Clay wizzard. You have significant, proven experience building complex tables and workflows. You know the platform's power, its quirks, and how to push its limits. This is not a junior or beginner position. We need you to be able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
- You're more than a technician. You possess strong business acumen. You understand the "why" behind a GTM strategy and can design tables that don't just work, but achieve specific business goals.
- You are a creative problem-solver. You see a client request not as a task list, but as a puzzle to be solved in the most elegant way possible.
- You're an excellent communicator. You have conversational fluency in English and can clearly articulate complex ideas. German is not required.
- You thrive on autonomy. We'll trust you to manage your projects and deliver excellence without someone looking over your shoulder all the time.
- Remote (Berlin is possible)
- Min 20 hours per week. Full time preferred.
- Pay: very competitive salary.
Focus on Your Craft:
Dedicate 100% of your time to what you do best—building in Clay.
Work From Anywhere:
Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role. We're a global team.
Path to Germany (Optional):
For team members who excel with us for at least a year, we offer visa sponsorship for relocation to Germany.
