• Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform
• Build and maintain custom components such as plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support migration activities, including data migration and system upgrades
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Type Script, and .NET Framework/Core
• Deep knowledge of customizing Dynamics 365 CE through plugins and custom workflows
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

• PL‑400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification
• MB‑400 – Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer certification
• AZ‑204 – Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure certification
