We’re looking to hire a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation:
  You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build:
  You will work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Firmware Engineer or Embedded Systems Engineer.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing embedded firmware using C and C++.
• Proven experience working with ESP
  32 platforms, with a strong preference for ESP
  32‑C6.
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architecture, memory management, interrupts, peripherals, and real‑time constraints.
• Hands‑on experience with audio processing, audio streaming, or real‑time signal handling on embedded devices.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing firmware for low‑power consumption, performance, and reliability in constrained environments.
• Experience taking embedded systems from prototype through production, including support for manufacturing bring‑up and field issues.
• Comfort working closely with hardware teams through multiple board revisions, hardware debugging cycles, and manufacturing timelines.
• Experience debugging hardware‑software interactions using tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG or SWD debuggers.
• Strong understanding of embedded development workflows, including code reviews, documentation, and testability.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
