Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer to join our global team in the property management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves raising the bar continuously tackling complex problems working on innovative solutions that reach users globally and making a tangible impact on the world and & in the company.

Today Rankbreeze helps its users manage over 16000 properties around the world with our e-commerce optimization platform for short term rental managers.

• Lead the development of new features within our Ruby on Rails application.
• Maintain & improve our Chrome extension built with React.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and scalability of our codebase.
• Work closely with other developers to deliver high-impact updates and improvements.
• Build and maintain integrations with other software systems in our industry.
• Collaborate with product support marketing & customers.

• 4 years of experience developing web applications.
• Strong experience with Ruby Rails and RSpec.
• Familiarity with MVC patterns and scaling high-load applications.
• Experience with SQL schema design and query optimization (we use Postgres).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong English proficiency with excellent remote communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with Stimulus
  
  JS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data pipelines and OLAP databases.
• Experience developing Chrome Extensions.
