• 10+ years of experience with proven success in high-stakes consulting engagements.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks including but not limited to:
  Python, Java, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered features and understanding new tooling and trends in the software industry.
• Strong skills in automated testing to inform software design and catch bugs.
• Ability to align technical decisions with business outcomes and user needs.
• Demonstrated leadership in scalable system design and secure engineering practices.
