Software Engineering / Development Salary: 18000–22000 monthly (Market estimated) Job Type: Contract (3 months, hourly-based, no paid leaves or benefits)
Position Overview As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with researchers to identify suitable Git Hub repositories, configure execution environments, validate bug-fix performance, and support AI model testing. Strong expertise in Rust, CI/CD pipelines, and open-source workflows is essential.
What You’ll Do Identify and triage trending Git Hub issues suitable for AI model evaluation.
Set up and configure development environments using Docker and similar tools.
Evaluate and maintain code quality, functionality, and unit test coverage.
Modify and run repositories to test AI-driven bug fixes and improvements.
Work closely with AI researchers to select repositories for experimental use cases.
(Optional) Guide junior engineers and ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
Ideal Profile 3–4+ years of professional Rust development experience.
Strong understanding of Git, Git Hub workflows, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience debugging and running complex, real-world codebases locally.
Exposure to AI/ML workflows and interest in LLM applications is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of working independently.
