Position Overview  This role combines backend development expertise with AI research tasks. You will set up containerized environments, test real-world open-source projects, and collaborate with researchers to create robust evaluation datasets for AI models.
What You’ll Do      Analyze and triage Git Hub issues from trending repositories.
Configure development environments using Docker and manage CI/CD workflows.
Evaluate code quality, conduct unit test coverage checks, and validate fixes.
Modify and run complex codebases to test LLMs in real scenarios.
Work closely with researchers to select repositories and define benchmark tasks.
Optionally mentor junior engineers on assigned projects.
Ideal Profile      3–4+ years of hands-on Rust backend development experience.
Strong knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to debug and run large-scale, real-world codebases.
Familiarity with Git Hub workflows and issue triaging processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in remote work environments.
