Manager of Engineering

FMX is hiring a Manager of Engineering to guide and mentor a team of engineers towards success by growing and coaching them both personally and professionally, and ensuring that their experience as employees and engineers is world class. You'll participate in team-level strategy, helping to influence the direction of our department, our product, and our company. • 5+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages or technologies
• Working knowledge of at least one automated testing framework
• Experience with native or multi-platform mobile applications is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects that are at different stages of development
• Current working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Shape Up software development life cycles

• Offer & Onboarding: Candidates who receive an offer will be required to complete a background check prior to onboarding. New hires are also expected to work onsite at our Columbus, OH office during their first week to complete onboarding and connect with the team in person.
