Fully‑Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

The Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for managing and building the backend systems that support interactive tools and assessments across the platform. The role focuses on organizing and structuring data, integrating databases with the front‑end, and ensuring seamless data flow throughout the application. The role requires strong experience with Next.js and database management, along with close collaboration with front‑end engineers to deliver a cohesive, high‑quality user experience.

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is highly advantageous.

• Organize and manage backend data to ensure it is well‑structured, accessible, and aligned with platform requirements
• Maintain reliable data retrieval and storage across the application

• Work across both front‑end and back‑end systems to ensure seamless communication and functionality
• Support the development of interactive, assessment‑based tools

• Manage and integrate Supabase or similar databases with the front‑end
• Ensure data is properly structured and easily retrievable

• Support the integration of large language models (LLMs) for features such as short‑answer analysis and intelligent content delivery

• Collaborate closely with front‑end engineers to ensure smooth data integration with user‑facing elements
• Continuously optimize backend systems and overall application performance, focusing on scalability and speed

• 3+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer
• Experience with database management and application architecture
• Proven experience using Next.js to build dynamic applications
• Experience managing backend databases such as Supabase
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) is a plus

• Strong full‑stack development and problem‑solving skills
• Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Collaborative, friendly, and empathetic approach to teamwork
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to system reliability
