Java Developer is sought on a hybrid basis by a market‑leading software house based in Leeds. The role sits within the innovation arm of the business, tasked with building complex, highly scalable greenfield solutions utilised worldwide to deliver critical infrastructure. Experience working on enterprise‑level applications would be a plus.

Due to the R&D‑driven culture within this team, the Java Developer will be given opportunities to learn and work with the latest AI and automation technologies, developing applications using a modern microservices, automated architecture.

• 4+ years of Java experience
• Strong framework experience (Spring, Spring Boot, etc.)
• RDBMS experience – No
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, etc.
• Exposure to troubleshooting – Splunk, ELK, etc.
• Git version control
• Containerization experience – Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• TDD experience
• Awareness of cloud technologies – AWS, Azure
• Microservices/serverless architecture understanding
