• Design and implement modular, composable primitives and APIs to manage a diverse portfolio of energy resources

• Contribute to the engineering roadmap, vision, and goals of the organization
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members

• 2+ years of software engineering industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience designing durable data models and managing them at scale
• Proficiency in cloud-native application design and development using APIs, containers, and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong background in system architecture and translating complex business domains into scalable systems

• Experience with data infrastructure scaling and complex automation for internal stakeholders
• Passion for well-tested, readable, and maintainable code
