Sr Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions within specified business domains
• Analyze and select appropriate technology to meet user needs while ensuring scalability and security
• Mentor Software Engineers through design and code reviews, coaching, and training
• Serve as a lead technical contributor on complex projects involving multiple teams
• Implement automated testing and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on large information systems
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies and secure software development practices
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops Services and Git source control
• Proficient in Microsoft software products including .NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience

• Experience with code productivity and diagnostic tools such as ReSharper and Dynatrace
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technological issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical documentation
