Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

• Develop and implement scalable and performant web application solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing feedback and conducting thorough pull request reviews
• Ensure high test coverage, observability, and metrics for code quality
• Contribute to frequent releases that incrementally build value for the organization

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience building full-stack web applications as part of a cross-functional team
• At least 3 years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
• At least 2 years of experience coaching and mentoring other engineers

• Experience in building full stack web applications in any language or framework
• Proficiency with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue Js, Ember)
• Expertise in at least one server-side web technology (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go, JVM)
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
